Waterproof Notebook

The new General Dynamic GD2000 is the most rugged notebook you’ll ever find. The reason I say that is because it’s the first waterproof notebook that I have ever heard of.The GD2000 is a small 5.6″ notebook that carries an Intel Celeron M processor, operating at 1.2GHz and houses 2GB of DDR3 RAM.
You won’t really be able to touchtype on this machine, as it has buttons instead of keys, but it still has a 77 QWERTY ‘keyboard’ that has a backlight for night typing. It also has a VGA port to connect to a larger screen when it’s available.
Consumers get the choice of either a 64GB or 128GB solid state drive that ensures your data stays safe, regardless of where you take this machine with you. It even meets military specs for water and dust protection and is guaranteed to survive its fair share of drops.
Finally, if you can get past the whole “looks” thing, and just need a machine that will stay with you thick and thin, this is your computer. Maybe we will start seeing more tweets from the top of mount Everest with this.
